Partnering with Federal Reserve Bank to elevate jobseeker voices

Starting during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) engaged WorkWell MN to include jobseeker voices in their economic research and reporting. Historically, employers have been the only group regularly surveyed and reported through their Beige Book publication. But through its collaboration with WorkWell MN and other stakeholders, FRB was able to connect with jobseekers in Minnesota for the first time—elevating both supply and demand workforce stories.

The people and communities we work with were able to share their lived experiences to inform future employer, community and economic vitality conversations. Now, FRB is looking at the workforce ecosystem from employer—and jobseeker —perspectives.
